Conditions
This agreement (the “Agreement”) represents the entire contract between you and Mandarin Time with respect to mandarintime.com, mandarintime.online, mandarintimeschool.com sites (the "Sites") and, the fee-based subscription and classes(the "Services") therein.
By visiting, becoming a subscribed member of, purchasing a class from the sites, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions (the “Terms”) of use set out below.

1. User Age Requirement
In order to use the Services, you need to be (a) 16 years of age or older; and (b) have the power to enter into a binding contract with us.
We will have the right to terminate all of your classes and/or disable your account if any registration information that you submit to us is false or incomplete.

2. Free Trial
​
You will be required to register and create an account at mandarintime.com in order to access the Services, if you would like to access the free AI Practice platform, you may register on mandarintime.online another account(Same Login details recommended).
Free Trial
​
For the Self-paced Course subscription, each course we have picked a random chapter as free trial.
​
For the optional Online Group Classes, you can see the class demo of each level on our website, you can also sign up for an Open Class at the Online Group Class page to see the class flow and ask the teacher any question you have in a group setting online.
​
No sitting-in trials for online group classes available, if you would like to have a paid trial in an online group, please contact us.

3. Payment & Cancellation

By purchasing a subscription to Mandarin Time you agree to be bound to the following terms:
Billing Policies
Mandarin Time fees are exclusive of any interest or instalment fees charged by the credit card company.
Mandarin Time guarantees that every credit card transaction you make at Mandarin Time is 100% secure. If at any time you wish to check on your payment status, please login and visit the "Subscription Status page" and "My Bookings" in your Personal Account.
Your paid subscription to Mandarin Time gives you full access to all content in Mandarin Time Self-Paced Course, if you would like other services like Online Group Classes, Corporate Programs or On-Campus courses, please purchase separately.

Other Payment methods(Except Credit card)
Bank Transfer
We take offline payment by our Hong Kong and German Company bank account, for detailed bank account info, please contact us.

Paypal
Our company Paypal account is lydia@mandarintimeschool.com, you can make direct payment to this account via Paypal and send us an email detailing the service you would like to purchase, or:

Email us at info@mandarintimeschool.com with the service you would like us to place for you, we will send you a payment link or code via Email.

Once your payment is successfully received, we will activate the service for you within 24hours with a confirmation email.

Offline Payment
We also take on-campus cash/cheque payment in Hong Kong campus with appointment made in advance, we also take payments from Wetransfer, Alipay, Wechat, HSBC Payme, and other local payment methods, for details, please contact us.

Cancellation
​
Subscription Plan cancellation
As free trials for all mandarin levels are offered for all visitors without any obligation for payment, we cannot cancel your plan or offer any refund once a plan is booked.

Online Group Class cancellation
Group class tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable, we cannot change or cancel your class once you confirmed a class booking, however if you have chosen the wrong time zone or class level, please contact us.

4. Your Rights
​
Mandarin Time offers you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access and display the content of the Sites, provided that you comply with this Agreement and the Terms as set out in full. The materials of this Site are provided to you only for your private, non-commercial use. Certain services of this Site are available only to paid Member of Mandarin Time.
By purchasing a subscription or register for a trial or any type of classes at Mandarin Time , you agree to not publish, contribute or post any material that:

Contains content that is not original or for which you have not received the prior express written consent of the originator of said material.

Contains objectionable language or is in any way profane, pornographic, sexually explicit, slanderous or libelous.

Violates any viable rules, laws or regulations, or infringes on any rights of any third party.

Contains viruses or any other code designed to interrupt, destroy or incapacitate the functionality of any software, hardware or telecommunications.

Is considered "spamming," such as chain letters, junk mail, or other solicitations.

Attempts to impersonate another person or breach the security of Mandarin Time and its users.

The opinions and messages posted by users at Mandarin Time do not reflect and are not representative of the views of Mandarin Time or its employees, affiliates, suppliers or partners. Mandarin Time is not responsible for the content of messages sent by users to other users they have located through Mandarin Time sites, classes and schools.

Mandarin Time may remove any posted message at any time.
5. Use of the Service

Your right to access and use mandarintime.com or mandarintime.online or mandarintimeschool.com and the Services are personal to you and are not transferable by you or to any other person or entity.
You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your Mandarin Time accounts (the "Account"), username and password.
In our sole and absolute discretion, we may terminate your Account, or modify, reclaim or remove any username associated with your Account, for any reason (including for reasons related to unlawful or unauthorized usage) and we are under no obligation to retain a record of your Account or any data or information that you may have stored by means of the Account and/or the Services.
Your access and use of mandarintime.com or mandarintime.online or mandarintimeschool.com may be interrupted from time to time for reasons including periodic updating, maintenance or repair of mandarintime.com or mandarintime.online or mandarintimeschool.com. Mandarin Time is not responsible for any loss resulting from your using any of Mandarin Time's services, software, materials, audio or video files, content, or communications.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials of Mandarin Time, including content, text, images, software, audio and video files, documentation and the Site remain at all time the sole property of Mandarin Time. Such aforementioned materials are protected under international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not post, distribute, sublicense, translate or reproduce in any way any copyrighted materials, trademarks or other proprietary information without the prior express written consent of the Mandarin Time.​

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Mandarin Time and its affiliates, partners, suppliers, and employees from any and all liability, claims, costs, or damages arising from your use of the Site or your breach of this Agreement and any of the Terms set out herein.

8. Miscellaneous

Mandarin Time has the right to modify this Agreement and any policies affecting or pertaining to the sites.Your continued use of the site following notice of the Agreement modification will be considered an acceptance of the modified terms and conditions of use. Mandarin Time reserves the right to modify, update or suspend the Site at any time.

If any portion of this Agreement is deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable by any arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction, this Agreement as a whole shall not be deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable, but only that portion of this Agreement that is unlawful, void or unenforceable shall be stricken from this Agreement.
This Agreement represents the entire understanding and agreement between you and Mandarin Time regarding the subject matter of the same, and supersedes all other previous agreements verbally or in written form.
